JOB OVERVIEW
The Houseperson is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of common areas throughout the property. This role supports the housekeeping team and helps ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Cleaning Duties

Perform general cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing common areas, hallways, stairwells, and restrooms.
Supplies Management

Monitor and restock cleaning supplies and equipment as needed.
Trash Disposal

Collect and dispose of trash from common areas and ensure proper recycling procedures are followed.
Guest Assistance

Provide assistance to guests by answering questions and directing them as needed.
Safety Compliance

Follow safety and health regulations to maintain a safe and clean environment.
Team Collaboration

Work closely with the housekeeping and maintenance teams to support efficient operations.
Miscellaneous

Perform all other job-related duties as assigned.
